Just got back from my work out. Man what a work out. The deadlifts were easy but I killed the accessory work. I did 6 sets of 2 pendaly rows with 315 felt super easy, then hit heavy shrugs super set with bicep curls. Then I hit the lat pulldown and did 3 sets of 8 with heavy weight. I then moved to seated row and did 3 sets of 8 as well. I finished the night off with some forearm curls and extensions 3 sets of 15 each.
