Today i took a day from the gym because of the fridged temperatures outside and decided to take the oppurtunity to accomplish some things on the computer. I did a back workout on the trx just some rows and some bicep curls then did some core doing 3 sets of 1 minute on the plank. I then decided to do some cardio on the stationary bike for 45 mins. I ended my make shift workout with trigger point therapy to work out the kinks in my legs and glutes.
