Squats and ISSA CFT CERTIFIED

Today was heavy squat day... I did 435 for 3 sets of 2 but i was having a problem with the bar making the skin on my back tighten up and causing pain i didnt know what to make of it. I then completed some leg extension and hamstring curls as well as calf raises.

I went home and finally finished my ISSA certification and i got it marked the same day and got the good news that i am now certified as a issa cft!
