SKWATS

Today was leg day and of course that mean some heavy squats. Well not really today's work out was speed triples with a final all out set... i did 315lbs for 8x3 with only 30 seconds rest between sets really focusing on bar speed. Then hit a fail set with 405 hitting 10 reps rather comfortably (so not really fail) cause i was absent a spotter on this day. The rest of the work out included 3 sets of 5  good mornings with 315 and then hit the leg press for 5 sets of 5 with a total of 18 plates. I finished the day off with calves on the same leg press with the same weight hitting 3 sets of 15.

Id rate today's training session a 8 out of 10. the squats felt good always getting my but to hit the floor (almost) but just something didn't feel quite right today. Must be mental.

Thats it for today guys going to take tomorrow to finish some things on the computer then do some cardio and abs.
