CHESTand TRIS

Today was high rep bench day and i did 245 for a set of 10 then hit 275 for a sets of 7. then moved to close grip bench with 225 for sets of 12. Incline bench was difficult today my shoulder wasnt letting me go high on the reps today so i just did a bunch of triples. I then moved to seated shoulder press with 135 for sets of 8. I finished the work out off with a super set between side laterals and tricep push downs as well as cable chest flies ranging from 8-12 reps
