Carb nite and training

Although I have only been doing carb nite for 5 days now really can feel the effects of ketosis hammering down on me... headaches and a struggle to accomplish tasks cause I feel sluggish and absent minded. But the scale shows that its working and I had the best deadlift workout in months this past friday. Its like I can muster enough balls to get my lifting in but after that I am completely toast.

Today is leg day so this should be the true test of how much energy I can muster.
