Early morning bench shoulders and triceps

I decided that today I'd hit the gym nice and early and skip passed all the traffic and people. I hit a bench training session which included 5x2 bench 3x8 close grip 3x5 incline 5x5 shoulder press and then I super setted Tricep extensions vogelpohl rows and side laterals for 3 sets of 8-12 reps. I also hit chest flies on the cables for 4 sets of 8-15. It was a good session in my opinion I had great focus and felt strong.

The carb nite diet is working really well down 2 lbs from yesterday and thats even after I breakfast and full clothed so its probably around 5 lbs more in reality. and my strength is still high so thats a good sign. That being said after my training is complete I am a zombie for the rest of the day. Cant wait till saturday night for my first Carb nite
