deadlifts

Today was the last day of lifting for me this week. As i stated before that I am giving the5/3/1 program a shot and adding my own little twists along the way. Today was deadlift and the work out broke down as follows.

front squat
90x5
105x5
115x5

bent row
110 3x10

shrug
170 3x10

hyper extension

3x10

lat pull downs
180 3x10

rear delt flies

150 3x10

rope crunch
130x15 150x12 160x10  these numbers are in lbs

over all I would say this week was a pretty successful one. wieghts felt good and the programming felt on point next week will be 3's
