Just wanted to apology for being MIA over the weekend but had other matters that needed my attention. Yesterday i started my second cyle of the 5/3/1 program I felt that this time my body was better prepared to handle the 5's with the realitly heavy wieghts

then i did some light cardio and walked home for about a 3km walk
